Hi guys i was riding my diy-ebike that has flipsky vesc 4.20. This one
I was doing a 0-max full throttle run.In the middle of the run it suddenly stopped working. I tought temp protection kicked in so i pulled over and waited it to cool down. (Heatsink was hot but not that much.) After letting it cool vesc was not responding to throttle.

was wondering if i can connect PCA9685 + 2 vesc + 2 bldc 1600 watt/each
I want to do differential steering on those motors. is the above configuration would works and is it the best combination for it ?

Following on from my A50S I posted a month or so back. I have been working on a slightly larger board for 2-22S at 50A continuous.
This is the A100S, 42x40x20mm (1/3 size of a VESC6).
So far I have managed to cram quite a lot into the tiny board. Still going through testing prototypes.

Very excited to introduce a new product I've been working on for the last few months. And I mean, I don't get easily excited but this one makes me feel good about all the countless hours, sweat and blood spent on development.
I've developed this specifically for the high power controller that I am about to start shipping, but later plan to offer it as a standalone product for any VESC compatible controller out there. A few things need to be worked out and tested before that happens though.

Hello there. I am using a scramboard, 54.6V 13s battery and a converted alternator as FOC motor on a motorbike.
I have no hall-sensors (yet) and no temp probe(yet).
It works pretty well @ 100amp motor current and battery current. 45kmh . Good torque. Good braking.
But it boggs at startup.
Rpm is limited @ 35k erpm , but is dependent on the rotor current. How can up this?
More important : when going uphill, after 30seconds to 1 minit, the bike slows down. Current goes down to 30amps.
I got a bit bored during the lockdown and ended up designing a tiny VESC.
Will be doing two versions, 2-6S and 2-12S (the 12S version will be a bit more expensive as the fets are much more expensive)

I recently came across a very expensive senseless 10 kW electric boat motor from someone that I know with a defective esc. A replacement is not sold by the company, and I'd prefer the vesc. Thinking about using the vesc 6 mkiii. I plan to use it at around the 5 kw range.
