PAS and Throttle

Hello,
I start in the VESC universe. I work in electric bikes and I would like to equip cargo bikes with a VESC. I am looking for a documentation on the wiring of a VESC the following elements:
- Brake contact to activate an engine brake
- PAS / Torq sensor and throttle grip
- ON / OFF switch for power

Flipsky hall sensors

I have a Flipsky 6.6 vasc VX2 controller and Flipsky 6384 190KV motor. In motor settings in FOC i can read the settings all parameters are green apply and save. In FOC hall sensors I get  the message bad foc hall detector reading, no hall table results are shown. Any of you guys know of this problem and how to solve it. can i load the hall table from another 6384 motor into this one. Yes as you can guess i am having cogging problems. this is my first build and the steep learning curve is turning into an overhang. thanks

Flipsky broken off USB ports

The fourth and final USB port has dislodged itself from these poorly made Flipsky VESC minis that I have and I am now completely at a loss as to what to do. As with everything I own I treat them extremely well always been gentle with the USB cords but due to poor construction they have all given up the ghost. 
 

Max Batt current and max motor current

Running a Stormcore 100D on a Zero 11x scooter (72v, 32ah battery, dual 1600w 11 inch motors)

I am getting confused by the notion of max battery current and max motor current.

 

i know my max batt current is 50 amps, but how do I determine the max motor current? Right now its set at 115 amps, but I sometimes get a drv_fault error when accelerating with full battery. Trying to find the reason for this.

How to control two Can-connected motors separately from microcontroller.

I would like to run separately the two motors by using the microcontroller, but I am having trouble figuring out how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a stormcore 60D+ as ESC.
Supposedly, this ESC has two motors connected to CAN.

For the microcontroller, I am using an arduino, but I also have an ESP32 and various others.

Looking for proper VESC hardware version for E-Scooter Build. 52V

Just hoping to get some advice on the next build I would like to do. I normally build up electric skateboards, 12S3P or 12S4P with a 6384 Brushless motor. I usually just run the VESC6 hardware controller for those configurations. 

This time I would like to use a 14S2P battery in my Goped scooter. Using the same motor, 6384. Which VESC model can handle a 52V, 14S system reliably?

Problem with motor spin in Foc with encoder mode

Hi,
I have a problem with my motor when it runs with encoder. Despite the controlled value (duty cycle, current, rpm) the motor always turns to one position and hold it. The problem is not present when I switch mode to sensorless. The encoder real-time readings seem to be fine and I have a second exactly same setup which works perfectly fine. Do you have any idea what can be wrong?
