Hi everyone,
Im looking for a little advice please.
Where can i connect a power switch to my MakerX HI200 75200?
I want to connect a simple switch with a 1m wire. To wha pin do i connect it? GROUND and ?what pin ?
Can someone tell me the difference between the
VESC 75/300
vs
VESC 100/250
? I bought the VESC 100/250, because the VESC project hasnt the VESC 75/300 for a couple of weeks.
Now Im a bit confuse!
Can someone share the difference between those 2 hardwwares?
Thanx in advance!
Cheers!
I just bought the VESC 100/250 and I got the VESC hardware in a box and thats all.
I had a look into other videos and people how bought the VESC 75/300 got a lot of things delivered. Such as cables, connectors, etc...
Why is the delivery of bothe VESC hardware so different?
Hi
I have downloaded the latest firmware 5.2 to my vesc 4.12 but the imu will not connect .
I thought I had a faulty Vesc but tried it on the second one still the same , it is in balance mode IMU data only shows green flat line is it the lastest firmware causing it?
I tried pull up 10k resistor to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I have built a scooter powered by a 13S9P battery (max 52Volt * 36A ) .
I have one throttle connected to ADC1 and it works fine to run the scooter.
I have configured Vesc tool for regen also, but it seems that when i release the throttle, braking effect happens but no current flows to battery for recharging.
Any suggestion ? Sorry but I am new using Vesc.
Thanks
Massimo
Hi,
I have problem with battery current limit, if phase amps are set example 300A and battery current limit is 50A, motor produce strange noise while rotating.
Adjusting Kp current control buzzing is solved but then i got huge current spikes and abs_overcurrent.
thanks
Hi All,
New to this game, so please don't assume I haven't made any obvious mistakes!
I'm trying to use VESC to build a generator using the braking current functionality. My first step was to set up a test bench with a driver motor connected to a generator motor (see pic). I am using the Flipsky FSESC6 for each motor, a generic 170KV 6374 motor as the driver, and a 130KV Flipsky 66112 motor as the generator (need a waterproof motor as my goal is to build a hydro generator). The generator is wired through a Victron shunt as a second source of power generation data, and it is all connected to a 12v / 24aH LifePo4 battery (4s?)
Hello all. I recently acquired 4 FSESC 4.2 to run 4 6354 BLDC Motors. Everytime i upgrade the firmware it works fine. but once i power cycle it, the firmware gets downgraded and i have to upgrade it again to resume normal work. Can anyone please help out?
