would it be possible to program the controller to require an input from the motor, such as going backwards 3 paces or something, otherwise the controller would lock the motor?     this would be ideal for a bike.

Has any one run into an issue where the ADC1 reads incorrect values but ADC2 does it correctly. I tried reflashing the firmware multiple times and also power cycle. the vesc reading incorrect adc1 value seems to be inconsistent. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you run the VESC on Chromebook, I tried to run the App and it will not connect so I downloaded the tool android version and cannot see to get it to load?

Hello, i have problem with encoder as5047. Vd voltage with rpm goes to negative value.

It start increasing from 0V at 0rpm to  -10V at 30k eerpm .

 Vd voltage should be 0 at all rpm range ?

Tried SPI and ABI intefrace,and few other motors

motor works very stable, but less torque than observer.

thnaks for the amazing software i have installed it using a pc but i would really like to use the mobile program but just cant get it going

so is there a way just to delete the install using a pc? so i can use the mobile program? i just cannot see anthing.

I am wanting to use a CAN bus to supply the VESC with values to then control my motor. Is this something that can be done?

Similar to swapping batteries between cordless drills i want to swap the vesc 6 between some outdoor power tools that i made. Im not sure how the vesc would identify each tool. Heres an example, lawn mower has moter rated for 50amps, being a low kv motor it would have a custom tune. Then when I switch to the brush cutter I need a 200amp limit and tune for high kv motor. Also I would like to have virtual heat sensor algorithms  in the vesc for each to prevent overheating.
