Hi, I just realized I cant use my Bluetooth module with my Flipsky FSESC 4.12 because im using a Flipsky VX2 remote which plugs into the same COMM port. Is there an obvious solution I'm missing?
Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth module over the mini USB port? Some other port or do I have to get another remote?
Any help is much appreciated.
Hi all,
is there a (pin compatible) substitution for the INA240A1 current sense amplifier ? The chip is, like many others, not available at the moment. :(
Thanks
Georg
hi all .
Problem with this esc .
at almost full speed, at stabilized speed, I have intempestive accel/brakes. it's quite dangerous!
no problem in other states .. accelerations and brake .
My configuration : dual hubs sensored( hoverboard ) , FOC in 12s ,good motor detection .
Remote VX2 on uart with can . I also tried without can and remote receiver on 2 uart ports ..
it seems that the vesc4 is having issues in FOC & 12s ?? I do not know which parameter to modify ..
Hello, as I understand it, FSECS 4.12 is VESC just from a third-party manufacturer. If I'm in the wrong place, sorry)
I have a problem connecting the FSESC 4.12 to the controller PixHawk 4. The controller has Ardupilot installed. The tuning information I found did not give me any direction for further searches.
I've got a VESC 100/250, but that's not a great platform for testing firmware changes. I'm looking for something inexpensive which I can use with mid-size motors (50-500W).
What are good options? Checking on eBay, I see a lot of v4.12 boards, but nothing which is compatible with v6.
The Cheap FOCer looks great, but is it available for purchase?
Does anyone know how reverse is implemented on the Flipsky controller? About all I can find in that regard is a mention in one of their Amazon offerings that says that the PPM input has to be used if reverse capability is wanted (which implies I guess that the analog input (such as from a twist throttle) does not have it i.e. there is no separate input for a forward/reverse switch). I have sent a query to Flipsky but have received no reply....
TIA for any assistance.....
Hi all,
I was recently gifted a longboard skateboard that had been turned into a E-skate. It used to run and then got shelved, and parts removed and replaced.
Anyways I am trying to get it going, the previous owner told me it was not responding well, and felt underpowered, and suggested I try reprogramming the ESC and checking to see if it was setup correctly.
Trying to make cheap robot. Currently using VESC but need to reduce costs/assembly time.
Hello,
I have bought a Flipsky Mini FSESC4.2 and a Flipsky 6374/140KV motor in hopes of retrofitting a ceiling ventilation fan in our camper truck. But it seems it's quite a bit louder than the brushed original and I'm hoping there is some setting I have overlooked that might quite it.
