Hi all,
i build a custom PCB (https://github.com/CTSchorsch/gesc). Most times, it runs fine. But sometimes i have a problem, i don't find the reason:
- Motor stops, or did not start again after break
- Reset of CPU does not work (disable 3v3)
- Now if i disconnect and reconnect the battery the driver and FETs of minimum one phase blown away...
Has someone an idea what is my mistake ?

Hello i am completely new to this Forum and also not at all experienced with using VESC´s i have got this 200A 75V Vesc compatible ESC that i need a little help with. I know it is massively overpowered, but i would like to passively cool it, so it should be okay for my application. I want to drive a Sensored Ebike Hub Motor with it and have no idea how to solder the Sensor wires to the strange connectors, that came with the ESC.

I bought a Flipsky Mini FESC4.20 and have been playing around trying to get it to work with a T-Motor F60 PRO 2550KV that I have, and am having some troubles. RH detection finds wrong resistance (says 21 mOhm, motor should have 60 mOhm), and any setting other than duty cycle seems to twich/ossilate hard.
hello i am looking to buy a vesc for my ebike to upgrade the onboard shitty esc built in that has many limitations stopping full performnce of the other parts im fairly electrically smart but not data protocols smart. id like to pick some brains on the subject. EVEN IF SOMEONE KNOWS ITS DOABLE ILL GO HUNT FOR THE KNOWLEDGE or if its not.

Hello, i builded a custom vesc 6 board. I'm trying to setup my 1000W Hub motor for ebike. It seems all ok but when i try to get on the bike, if i turn the throttle too fast ( in reality if i turn it in a normal way) my motor do a jerk and stops to push.

I designed my own VESC Hardware and now I am trying to run the firmware. I use the STMF446 microcontroller. I tried to flash different firmwares/ bootloaders to the STM via SWD, but afterwards it will not connect via USB to the VESC Tool running on my Windows PC. I flashed some other software on the uC to prove if the SWD works and that´s fine.

Good morning Boys, i already asked in general forum, but i didn t recive any information, maybe It was in a wrong section.
I changed the old esc with a new vesc board in mu ebike. The battery Is a 16s10p 26000mah.
So my problem Is that i don t have torque when i push the Throttle. The maximum velocity Is the same that i had with the old esc . The old esc was a 60v and 40 amps. The new esc Is 72v 130 amps in continuos .
The motor Is a 1300w continuos Power and 1800w peack Power 60v sensorless.
