Hello, if i want to use my VESC 4.12/Lion 18650 VTC6 9s2p at 10°C the motor switch off at moving on.
The batteries are full charged and the voltage drop goes not under the cutoff voltage.
Is there a algorithm implemented that check the voltage drop (not the under voltage)?
So, let's say my max speed when BEFM equals battery voltage is 50 kmh. Let's say my battery pack is 24v (it actually is).
I bomb down a hill, hit 51 kmh and continue accelerating. What is going to happen?
Since DRV8301 are out of stock from everywhere, is it possible to use a DRV8353RS? can someone help me with modifying the SPI Register maps, or tell me how to modify them?
Thanks!
Hi
Is there any way to convert ERPM to RPM with no information about poles of motor. I want to calculate kv for my outrunner motor. I know kv = rpm/rated voltage. And in Vesc i only see erpm. I tried to calculate Kv from vesc terminal but it shows 0.0. I did it on foc mode.
Hi guys,
I'm looking for VESC that would support 14-16S Li-ion and would not need over 40amps realistically, please feel free to advice what to take :)
But now not about that! I see that VESC 75/300 has a built in IMU - my question is how is it utilized?!
Hi everybody, i bought a FSESC 4.12 and wanted to set it to power my Motorpower TC 60 (specs in the photo). I tryed in every possible way to make it spin at more than 1300 rpm, but for some reason it won't. I tryed reading all possible threads and posts on the forum as I do not want to start another post on a question asked 1000 times, but I didn't found any answer.
So I am starting this thread asking why i can't make this motor spin faster?
Hi
Im new in VESC programming. For now i use ADC control with potentiometer and i can't understand how to make wheel drive in both directions.
i mean if my throttle position more then 0 it has to move forward if less then 0 it just works as breaks but don't move backward.
How to make it go forward, break and then move backward.
Anyone developed a 120V, dual VESC yet? If not, I'm willing to fund a development of one, that i need for my new e-scooter prototype or for mutual/public good. All interested experts or enthusiasts, please PM me to talk details.
