how to delete pc install, struggling to get the mobile program to work :)

hello

thnaks for the amazing software i have installed it using a pc but i would really like to use the mobile program but just cant get it going

so is there a way just to delete the install using a pc? so i can use the mobile program? i just cannot see anthing.

We're going to need a lot more information that this.

What have you installed, on what PC, with what operating system?
What mobile program, on what mobile device, what does "just cant get it going" mean?
