I have an idea about electronics but Im new in BL electronics.I need some help to connect 2 makita bateries in series 18+18=36V with Flipsky 75100.
We have an ROV that has a MINI FSESC4.20 ESC on it . it was accidently connected with the wrong polarity and now doesnt appear to work. so we purchased a new ESC same one and need to configure if for a single BRUSHED motor. is there a way we could connect the old ESC and get the way it was configured because we werent the people that originally set it up? If not then we are looking for some info on how to set this up for this motor. Any help would be appreicated.
I have seen quite a few VESC vendors mention it, but searching for it seems to bring very little results. Could someone clarify what this feature actually does?
I have been trying to get a 100/250 VESC to use a HPM5000B 72v 5kw Golden Motor Motor but when I go through the motor wizard I get stuck at "Failed to Detect Motor Sensors." When I decided which sensor wire to plug into which hall I went with this: The sensor wire that matches the color of the motor wire that I plugged into motor wire A goes into sensor 1, motor wire B goes into sensor 2, etc. (I would attach a picture of the motor sensor connector but I can't figure out how to attach a picture.)

been playing around with the vesc 6 mkv (incredible build quality. I wanted to cry when i unboxed it) for a couple of weeks now. I use a heavily modified Ninebot G30 Max. I run my own custom BLE, 48V pack and a 500W Monorim motor. After trying out different settings and tweaking stuff this thing now performs, well fantastic would be an understatement . 😂. Acceleration is scary to say the least. My technique is to kind of lean over the handlebar otherwise it wants to do a wheelie. Hahaha.
I have multiple custom apps designed that are working great in the VESC. However, if I want to switch a VESC to a different app, I need to upload new firmware. I'm wondering how I can modify the app list in VESC and VESC tool to have multiple custom apps with custom names. I had thought about just modifying existing apps with my code. I don't want to modify too much base code, so its easier to stay current with updates to main branch. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
When I try to set absolute max current on my board to 190 it won't keep the settings after I have written it reverts to 140 any ideas why

I have a custom built 10 pole, 860kV, 48v, sensor-less brushless DC motor (medium inrunner), that i am trying to spin at 30,000 RPM for a project i am doing,
I am using a Dual FSESC6.6 6.7, running in FOC mode. I have run the FOC setup wizard selecting the direct drive option and it successfully detects the parameters. After a bunch of tweaking i was able to get the motor to spin at a constant rpm (around 29,000 rpm, 147000 ERPM).
