Hello Together,
I would like to ask your help because I ran out of ideas :( Based on Benjamin's VESC 75/300 schematic I developed an own board for my RC speedboat.
I have only replpaced the followings:
Hey,
I have the Maytech MTSPF7.5K 100a vesc based esc. I'm using it for a 3200W 6374 120kv motor running 12s on an eFoil. I've been trying a few different propellers and I see these current spikes when I get over 2600rpm. The log below is while running a 4 inch propeller at 95% duty cycle. Current goes crazy between 20-50a! My propeller slip is less than 15% at this rpm (~3600) so don't think that's the cause of all the issues.

If it is possible to use MakerX GO-FOC DV6 pro with 58.8v??
The Flipsky FSESC 6.9 has filtering capacitors on the hall input lines. The circuit is not exactly like Vedder's original vesc 4, or Vedder's vesc 6. When you want to use an encoder (SPI or ABI), these capacitors will make it work poorly or not at all. Here is a picture of the specific ESC in question:
Here is a picture of the location of the capacitors that have to be removed when using an encoder:
Hi Vesc community,
I assembled the cheap focer myself, in an industrial environment. On first startup,
I ran the motor configuration wizard. The attached brushless motor twitched a little bit (about 1 sec),
then stopped and the red light flashed 3 times. Untila a few seconds it tries again, but the motor won't
rotate correctly.
When I type fault in console, I get the DRV Fault.
How can I measure through the vesc, to find the fault?
And when do I have to bridge on/off pins on vesc?
Hi everyone,
I was making a low-power electric scooter and was riding it normally for testing its condition when suddenly after a bump/speed breaker, the LEDs on the VESC stop working and the motor stopped responding, I have been trying to solve it but till now there has been no luck.
the 5V power is still coming in the CAN and Communication port but the main LEDs (Blue and Green) are not lighting up anymore.
Can someone please help me on this one, I need to submit my Final Year Project so I need it working somehow!
Hi everyone. I am not able to create a smooth running setup Gmac/flipsky 75100 with FOC and hall sensors.
Runs perfect when wheels are in the air. runs horrbible under load when i am sitting on it.
Runs smooth when i accelerate VERY careful and gently, when i pull the throttle harder it`s
stuttering and making noises.
Playing with the values now for weeks, that`s why i am looking for a config file now
Im currently building a go-kart using a dual 75100. I have to pedals. One forwards and one brake on adc 1 and 2 respectively.
Im also using adc and uart mode because im using the bluetooth display on my phone as my dash display.
From what ive read I need a switch of some kind to control turning the forward pedal into reverse. What kind of switch and how would i go about wiring it?
