Hi i just bought two vescs and i cant get them to detect any of my motors, i get a "high offset current error" what can i do ?

do you know if the aluminum housing of a VESC-100/250 is connected to ground? I'm trying to put a PPM signal galvanically isolated on the VESC and still need a reference potential for it, to not build ground loops.

I have been following the steps in the manual, and also checked the Express Demo video by Benjamin (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPzdzcfRJ38) however I am still not able to set up the logging on an SD card. Log started and log stopped text is shown after pressing their corresponding button, but still, the connected device/filename/browse menus are all empty. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, I have a vesc 75100. I've read that the motor resistance changes with temperature, I've used the setup motor multiple times after using my motor from light to heavy use, the value changes between 34 to as high as 39 after heavy motor use, my motor does not have a temperature sensor and I was wondering what happens when the resistance value isn't correct?

we've been having some issues with out setup and I was hoping to get some answers on the forum here before reacing out to Trampa directly.
So a quick introduction on our setup:
We're running a 75/300 VESC to power a 120100 Alien Power motor that in turn has to run a pump that will provide up to 250bar of pressure in our system and up to 24 liters per minute in terms of flow.
The motor is fully submerged inside the oil tank, whilst the VESC is outside.

Hoping someone can help me. I have only just started playing with the VESC. I can connect fine via USB to my laptop and have updated to the 5.3 firmware. No matter what I try though I cannot read the Bluetooth signal and I was under the impression that BT is native on this VESC unit?
I was expecting to at least read a BT signal but I cannot and I have tried multiple phones. I have moved to an area miles away from any possible interference.
How to get firmware for the VESC EDU boards which can be used with Vesctool 3.01?
Vesctool 3.01 states that it doesn't have a suitable firmware for the hardware version.
Upto now I used the Beta Vesctool, but there the HFI Plot doesn't work, which does work in 3.01.
But 3.01 goes into 'limp' mode because the firmware on the board is not supported.
So tuning HFI voltage will become very labor intensive as switching/starting VESC tools on my Windows machine take ages.

Dear VESC Team, Dear Usual Suspects,
We are still testing our two motor setup and try different configurations (28 mag polepair) Hemotec 120.05 kv 135; 150A cont; 180A peak.
We control it via UAVCAN.
If we use "duty cycle" as control mode, the ramp up is really jerky, the motor tries, but needs multiple attemps to go up and running....(start, stop, start, stop...)
