Danger to go more than 100% duty cycle during downhill ?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is dangerous to rotate externally the motor (for example during downhill) at a speed greater than battery voltage * KV, which will leads to more than 100% duty cycle ?

Thanks

Probably,

You could prevent burning DRV, by using over voltage dummy load power resistor system.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

And if there's no overvoltage (my batterie will accept the back current), is there still a danger ?

Thanks

No No overvoltage no problem
