VESC6 75 - any issues?

Anyone managed to get these working? So I have 3 of these and I can’t get the Android Vesc Tool to recognize it as being a valid Vesc item. It says it’s beta (6.0 Beta 53) and the vesc tool is not beta so I should update the firmware urgently, plus it won’t let me setup the motor/wizard. It stops at Detection. 'All vescs must have the latest firmware to perform this function'. Then, 'Could not read motor configuration'.

If I use the PC version (3.01 of the vesc tool), it tells me to update the firmware urgently, which I did for one of them – now I’m thinking I should re-flash the firmware back to what it was. The other 2 Vescs - I get an error about ‘flux linkage detection failed’ when trying to do the motor detection.

So, currently looking at 3 paperweights. Anyone with any insights? Thanks!

Update: Found the beta Android in my purchased files, ran that. Now just get 'Could not read motor configuration'. Not seeing this with older VESCs

I got a couple of these. Using the vesc tool beta binaries. Flashed firmware, then everything else worked fine here. I have not tried reading the MC. I usually only want to write it from the vesc tool.

Finally got them working. Wish Trampa had told me in the first place to use the beta vesc tool binaries AND update the firmware. Wasted a lot of hours on this
