My setup uses two trampa vesc 6 connected via CAN, and I'm using a solidgeek based receiver connected via UART to the master Vesc. Would it be possible to connect an additional Bluetooth module to the uart port on the slave vesc to use mobile vesc tool data logging? Both the receiver and BT module would be using CAN forwarding potentially at the same time. Would that be an issue?

Hi there -- I have a Vesc6 MK3 updated to the firmware included with the 6.02 vesc tool release. The vesc is mounted in a 1/10th scale RC car (based on the f1tenth.com build) in sensorless mode and connected via USB to a TX2 running linux. When I boot the system, everything runs fine and I can drive the car without issue. However, after a short while the Vesc becomes unresponsive to speed requests. It is still responding to servo requests, so the vesc interface hasn't crashed.

I am using an vesc 6.7 Pro with an e-scooter hub motor.I have set the motor in the Vesc software and can also run it via the computer. However, as soon as I use a different input (thumb throttle), I have problems at maximum input. This manifests itself in the way that the motor's speed drops slightly, makes strange noises and negative current peaks of -2.5a are reached. The problem becomes less if I limit the motor current from 50a to 10a. However, that is not my goal. The same problem occurs with another input such as ppm.

Hi all, BLDC FOC motor in a project car. I have current w/reverse button as ADC 1. While traveling forward, is switching to reverse and giving slight throttle okay to slow? Is it effectively the same as braking?
