Problem cruise with Adaptor 2

hi to all.

 

i test adaptor 2 with ubox single 100v 100A

 

work fine all, but not on adaptor 2 output logic for cruise... (pin TX on ADC dont change state wen open\close contact cruise on adaptor.

 

wen i close the contact cruise, the adaptor make sound wit buzzer (3 beep wen trottle up and 2 beep wen trottle down... but don work cruise,

 

i set only ADC and activate cruise on vesc app.

i test wit tester tx pin and never change state (3.3v)

 

maibe is defective adaptor?

Hello,

I am slowly continuing my inboard dual motor row boat project.

I have upgraded from Flipsky Vesc to two Trampa VESC 6 HP. Ringht now I am controlling the motors using two potentiometers just so i can test in water. It works quite good. There are some intermittent interference or voltage spikes on the 3.3 Volt so the motors spins up sometimes without moving the potentionmeters. However, i can live with that for the moment.

Hi there,

I am new to using VESC Tool. The project I am doing is an electric kart with the flipsky 75200 controller and a 48v and 3000w bldc motor.

I don't know very well what each parameter does and in order not to break anything I just do "detect motors foc".

The first problem I have is that the motor current is very high (400A) if I lower this current the motor accelerates very little and if there are climbs can not move. The battery current is 60A.

VESC appears to loose sync when increasing throttle

Hi

 

I am using a VESC bought from https://www.freerchobby.cc/

It was working fine initially. Yesterday i observed a very strange behavior. Here's a video

I increase throttle and the current suddenly drops and rpm suddenly reduces. I am nowhere near the rated current.

 This happens even if i use the hall effect sensor.

Any suggestions to diagnose the problem would be helpful.

 

Cut off after reaching Max. Duty Cycle

I am building a scooter from the hover board motor. I have noticed that when applying the full throttle the motor cuts off after cca 0.5sec. After releasing the throttle and pushing it again, it works well until I apply the full throttle again. This happens both with and without the load (wheel spins freely when scooter placed on a table).

How can I make status packet, using arduino?

I bought remote controller that displays speed (Flipsky Remote VX4) with VESC TX/RX receiver.
And I want to display motor speed, using Arduino as ESC.

 

So I searched How to make status packet(Including speed, cuttent, temp etc.)

But I couldn't find one.

There were only codes for Instructions packets, not status packet.

 

This is what I want to do:
make and send status packet(speed, current) from Arduino through TX/RX Serial

 

Can I get code or protocol/packet for status message?

Two 2800 W engines

 

Two vesc 75100 controllers

 

Two throttles (left and right) for accelerating and braking (working voltage 0.8-4.2V 5V)

 

In parallel (I don't know how) brake lever sensor

 

Ssr with remote control for battery disconnection (anti spark)

 

100A resettable fuse

 

60V 28.8AH battery
