Hi yall. This will be my first post.
So the problem at hand is that im trying to control multiple VESCS through the VESC tool which connects to my ESP through UDP. This ESP is connected to the vesc controllers. So far i can read packets through the rx buffer such as the CAN_STATUS messages and such as well as write the COMM messages over CAN as well. However this is wear ive come to an impasse.
Good Day for I want to Control my wheelchair with a joystick via Vesc Tell me how can I do it and how can I do it ?thanks
I want to buy 2 controllers and 2 motors
This is how you need to output data from the monitor
I would be grateful if you could name the compatible models of the joystick and the monitor for control via Vesc ?
Hi,
There are 5V singals on CAN, SENSE and COMM. I would like to connect the 5v FAN on CAN or SENSE connector with 5v and -.
When MOSFET temp over 50 degree C, to enable 5V to trigger FAN. I don't know to disable/enable which gpio pin can disable 5V and then when temp meet to enable 5V
I am using flip sky 72100 vesc with a bldc motor.
Is it possible to place a potentiometer in adc2 to regulate the power of a motor? remembering that I'm using an accelerator on adc1 and I'm using a cadence sensor on the ppm output!
Hello!
I'm new to vesc and haven't really coded.
i do understand how i could get things to work, but i don't understand how to do it..
so i would like to add this to my vesc

But how can i write new data to my controller? do i do it inside the vesc tool or what?
Thank you!
Is it possible to change mapping for battery discharge curve. I have 15s battery. Max V for this series is 63V.
My battery right now fully charged, but vesc thinks that it charged only by 91%

Guys, I need some help, I'm using a Flipsky 7070 motor in my setup, with a vesc 75100, and a 48v battery only, this motor has a 13-tooth gear, along with a larger 60-tooth gear, to make a reduction , and in this 60 t gear, there is an 11 t pinion, connected to a 54 t ring gear, like a mid drive cyc system, and the question is, why can't I make a uniform acceleration, at the minimum movement of the accelerator, at The start is instantaneous, and this is causing the 11 t pinion clutch bearing to break! I need an acceleration that starts slowly and increases in seconds bu
There is a scooter with a BLDC 3-phase motor, Outranner 350 W direct drive with oil cooling, i.e. I can pump up to 10 times more power into it.
The VESC 75100 controller is connected. He does a test of the motor and sets its parameters (Photos 1-2).
I set the phase current of the motor to 100 A - the minimum comfortable for me, the motor calmly takes without heating.
But with these engine settings, acceleration goes up to 15-20 km / h, and then the rattle of the motor begins or a complete stop.
