Hey guys, was wondering if you all could give me some input as to why my motors are locking up after half throttle I'm attaching a link to show what I'm describing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EvKGwxf86dwbTogXgoSVm0xCEm8sAPxh

This might be bad settings or bad hardware or a combination of both. To little info provided to tell for sure. Tell us about your hardware and your configured settings.

Here is the link the my drive folder for the robomower, IMG_1066-1068 are the current settings, there are also pictures of the hardware, the hardware are hub motors i pulled off a swagatron hoverboard, I think they are 30 pole motors, I'm also using the 42v battery pack that was on the hoverboard https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BeD0xkGeUaWyevSyB4urhHtQeLdtpsI0

Try running with it set to sensorless, so it doesn't use the hall sensors.
Figured out the issue to this, had to set it up as direct drive in the motor set up wizard, thanks to everyone who helped

Gearing data is used for calculations only to my best knowledge. It could not have possibly affected the motor behavior. It was something else. It's likely that running repeat detection produced better FOC values but direct drive selection has nothing to do with it.
