Hi friends.
I have an idea about electronics but Im new in BL electronics.I need some help to connect 2 makita bateries in series 18+18=36V with Flipsky 75100.
When i connect one battery 18volt everythink works fine with vesc tool, https://flipsky.net/collections/electronic-products/products/flipsky-751... and ,motor https://flipsky.net/collections/waterproof-motor/products/5062-160kv-bru... connects and all working perfect.
But when i connect 2 batteries in series Flipsky 75100 , led flashing blue and red, and setup Foc motor failed.
I have to make any other configuration? or Flipsky 75100 can not handle batteries in series?
Any help would be greatfull!!!
it could be related with bms on bat.
Maybe this is not the best thread to add my question (not found a better one. Apologies in advance).
My question relates to a concern on setup. I've the 36v/250W hub motor and the Flipsky 75100, I'm waiting the delivery of the 36V battery.
I made a chain of 18650 to reach 33V and they are connected with usual (plastic) battery holders. For these type of holders the wires are very thin.
The Flipsky is conncted to the above battery chain and to the motor (typical connection: three phases, three hall sensor+5V+GND and the temperature sensor).
If I try to run the VESC TOOL to make the self discovery and tuning, then do I risk to damage the Flipsky or the motor?
My concern relates to the limited current that can be drained from the battery plant (I might spot weld the batteries, but, then, I won't to be able to recharge them anymore since I haven't a power supply as well as a bms. At the present I can recharge a battery at time)
Please, let me know. Thank you.
