FSESC 4.12 oscillating and making noise

Hi,

I have a FSESC 4.12, and a Bafang 8fun geared hub motor, and when i do the motor configuration and control it with my keyboard it oscillate at the end of the RPM, and when i change the KP of the controller it stop doing that(there is always a some vibration). But when i set the app and throttle config, the control whit the keyboard it ll make noise(ti,ta, tac) without rotating.

the motor is working flawlessly with the original controller.

I found the issue, there is two tweeks that resolve the problem(one or the other)

  • Changing the ERPM when the vesc is sonsorless in hall Sensors, i have put a large number(ex:30000)
  • change the observer gain to a value greater than 0.9
