This problem will only appear in the FOC mode brakes, FOC acceleration is no problem, BLDC is no problem,
Brake DRV error at low speed, and then brake failure, the following error information

I have the same problem with the (Maytech) VESC 4.12 fw 4.18 with 6S battery with 2 different type 190KV BLDC motor. It happening at the very first Break so no FET overheat!

same problem here! with maytech vesc too! Maybe they had a bad batch?

Yes, I bought another brand of VESC. There is no such problem. Their batches are not good.

This issue is solved by adding a paralel capacitor to C18. In total I have arround 13uF capacitance and it works great.
