Using 13s battery on flipsky FSESCs. Is it safe?

People have told me that Flipsky FSESCs are not well able to handle anything over 12s. Is that true? I have a 4.20 Flipsky FSESC.

12S is max for all those units, no matter of the manufacturer.

Which Flipsky FSESC would handle 13s? Perhaps the 6.7 version?
