I'm using VESC in sensored mode with ME0907 motor that has Hall sensors. The system works fine, however at some specific RPMs the motor makes very loud noise. If I switch to sensorless mode the noise goes away. What could be the reason for it? Where should I start digging? Thanks
At some point BEMF is better than Hall and you should switch from Hall to BEMF. That transition RPM can be adjusted in VESC-Tool.
Motor setting FOC, Hall Sensor Tab.
Thanks a lot, that helped!
