Flipsky 75100 controller not producing the same amount of power as esc controller at same current

Hi, I hope this is a good place to post this question, and I'm sorry if it isn't

 

I replaced the stock 45 amp controllers in my Laotie Ti30 scooter with two Flipsky 75100 controllers. I've used these controllers in a couple other projects and didn't notice anything unusual about them, and was pretty satisfied with their performance. However, I immediately noticed a discrepancy compared to the stock controllers. At the same current value, the motors were significantly less powerful compared to the stock controllers. I had to bump the 75100 up to about 100 amps before I considered the motors to be as powerful as they were with the stock controllers. This left me pretty confused. Can someone explain what might be going on here? Are the stock controllers just putting out more current than they say they're rated for, are the 75100 putting out less current than they claim, or is it something else entirely?

I need advice on setting up. My scooter is set to a motor of max 100A. This power works max 1 kilometer and then reduces the power ... Battery I have 72V 20s.</pre>

yes your 45 amp controller is most likely bus current . vesc is phase current so it's possible that your old controller can get over 100 amp phase
