how can I get this VESC original badge?

original VESC hardware.
I was buying original hardware - but not sure how to get this badge. I asked trampaboards but they cannot help with this. Would love this badge to perhaps get some help here: https://vesc-project.com/node/2637
I got it when I bought a VESC from Trampa, maybe you need to use the same email for the Trampa store and this forum?

yea this might be - I used another email address (having my main email address used here and one for official/buying stuff) this is also what I asked tampa boards if I can "transfer" it to the other email address. But they cannot do it. Also changing this in the profile does not seem to work. And I am kind of hoping for some support ;-) Would really love to get the grace one motor going with the vesc.

Then spend more on ESCs, to get professional support you must spend professional amounts of money. With VESCs you rely on the (very) small community instead of people who are paid to help.
Are there any other open source ESCs one could buy with more support? Being open-source is crucial to me. And also I am not asking for anything special - would just also like to have the blue badge as I brought the hardware from the vendor linked on this site. I can understand the frustration of supporting cheap-rip-offs - but this is not what I brought - I was buying the original. So I think it is good to signal this.

Not really, the EndlessSphere forum is pretty active but support will always be extremely costly.
If it links though email address and you used separate email addresses it'll probably require a bit of database fiddling. You'll have to beg Frank/Benjamin for that.
