DRV Fault at high load

I work on custom VESC based on VESC 6 plus schematics https://vesc-project.com/sites/default/files/Benjamin%20Posts/VESC_6_plus.pdf but I'm replace MCU with STM32F4 100pins and type of mosfet using https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/irfs7530-7ppbf.pdf?fileId=5546d462533600a40153563a9d1e21d8

The problem is when motor get high load so the current is high too, in VESC Tool I'm get a DRV Fault : FAULT_CODE_DRV. But if current motor below 15A no problem.

If I test using VESC 6 it was no problems too at high load.

I'm using supply 48V, BLDC Motor 48V 350W using a gearbox.

I'll try to give pull-down resistor 39k between gate and source at low side MOSFET, but result was same.

Can you give solve my problems ?
