VESC Tool 2.02 UI Issues?

Hello all!

I'm experiencing some issues with the 2.02 version of the tool.  I have a 0.95 older version that works perfectly.  

The issues seem to all be centralized over a "scaling" or "shift" of the UI.  First, the File - Commands - Terminal top toolbar seems to be missing, and the top of the VESC Tool banner is cut off.  Funky thing here is if I click where the toolbar is supposed to be, the menu options still pop up.  Second, if I click on a button or option in the left side menu, the option directly above it is selected.  Third, the UI as a whole seems grainy and shifted, with some words being cut off.  I've tried rebooting and re-installing.  Anyone know what could be up?
