Wand remote cruise control

I can adjust cruise control on the Wand remote only with the throttle, but not by pressing the button as described here > https://youtu.be/OMTkhU69pJo?t=322; any suggestions?

On mine its the same. I have planned to check if upgrading the WAND's firmware will change that. I could imagine, cc is done completely on the remote, but i don't know. There is a description on how to update WAND firmware under https://vesc-project.com/node/1114

I can confirm that updating the WAND as described here > https://vesc-project.com/node/1114 (for people like me you may perhaps consider saying something there like, hey, if you want to update your WAND, please turn it on ;-)) does allow to use the left button instead of the throttle to adjust cruise control (as shown here > https://youtu.be/OMTkhU69pJo?t=322). However, if you do not want to open the monster box, take out the batteries et cetera each time, you will need a 3rd VESC plus a battery for that. That is why I was wondering what your plans are for the interplay between the WAND and the VESC app? It would be so much easier to update the WAND via the VESC app, i.e. wireless, instead of spending 1-2 hours taking everything apart and put things back together again?

On the Monster Box, you can tae off the front plate, having the loop cables on. Three screws only.

For the now, we use SWD for upgrades. Implementation for wireless update is quite complex and might come at a later stage.
