Driver explosion

hi guys,

We have issues with our HW 4.12 ESCs, the driver explodes during normal operation and We can't find out the reason. I am attaching picture of the vesc tool graphs. I would appreciate if anyone helped with this. the duty cycle basically goes up to infinity. Screenshot from 2021-07-05 11-24-19.png

A bit more info on the hardware please. Which HW do you run?

they're the 4.12 version.

we used a 48 volt power source to power our vesc that was connected to Torque Motor 6380 170kv. The vesc is controlled by UART from an esp32 board.
