Smooth control 3 phase sensored motor

Hey  good people

I see most of you are expert,   hope I not offend   anyone , but I am loosing my mind.....I am new

Quick story , bought 2  Fsesc  4.12  for Gokart project and new wheel's hub  800W  13S

On the bench I am  use  PWM controller, to  do proper adjust , because in Gokart I will use my Arduino  project  with PWM output

So  finally I am  able to  run  both way  my motor hub, but   it always  run full speed  or stop

PWM mapping see  proper  movement of  PWM  signal ,  max , middle , min

Not a big  different when I  remove  sensor ,  change  FOC to BLDC not  help

I was try to make  speed up delay , or  change  speed  curve , but  range of low speed is very minimum, and  after that motor speed  up to max

is not smooth / fluent operation

Did  a motor detection, also   did a manual settings , not big different

who can help me ?  not asking for free help of course .

Thx  guys

If you are using Current control mode in the APP settings, then this is expected with no load. When you have it attached to the gocart it will behave correctly.

If you just want to control the speed, not the acceleration / torque output. Then use Duty cycle control mode in APP settings and it will work as you expect.

Hi

thank you for  feedback

hmm.... In RC   models , if not work on the  ground, will not fly  in sky ;)

I am  old  date  guy  who must test all first

asap I will try mount  wheels  and  do  drive test with fully load

Still discover  more function in that ESC , and I am supprise  of that , but some  function should work stright away

Ok guys,

all seems to be sorted.

only one issue  with PWM

I  use  2   esc  over Y  cable

because in a futire i want to  control independent both , but now - I use one output  and Y cable

one ESC detect  PWM little  higher then other

mapping is fine ,  both  can  speed  up  maximum.

but when  they slow down -  one slow down faster , because PWM   neutral is  different  than other one

Any idea how to fix it ?

Either the mapping is not exactly the same or there is some variability in the hardware between two controllers. You can try to compensate for that with slightly different mapping on one of the controllers.
