Third party Android/iOS app

This mobile app was developed originally for a non-Vesc controller but later on was adapted for our 25kw version controller now running vesc firmware as described here: https://vesc-project.com/node/1477

The app has a bunch of original features such as weather forecast, moving map, online telemetry logging, and a few other things mostly geared towards ebikes and other light vehicles.

Rrecently, it got full forward and back compatibility with the vesc comm protocol versions 5.0 and up, so it should run technically with any vesc hardware but it was originally designed for and tested with esp32 comm modules and hasn't been fully tested with nrf52xx Bluetooth devices. So, it may work off the bat or may need minor adjustments which is why I am posting this here if anyone wants to test and provide feedback.

Android:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.powervelocity.PVNextGe...

iOS:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pv-nextgen/id1546506749

Disclaimer: The app logs config and telemetry data to the cloud storage which allows a user to access historic data and seamless backups (like an apple cloud). There will be a way to opt out from data logging in the new releases.

Select "Graphs" in the main menu of the app and enter your login/email and password you created when you first logged into the application.

You can also access historic data from a computer browser, just use this address http://iot.powervelocity.com:8080/login

and the same user name (email) and the password you used for the phone app.

Is the dashboard and programming working as well? I am curious. I've only tested it with my hardware.

Yes its working also with my hi200 from makerx.

Somtime i get some reading errors but it works.

Also it would be great if we could select in setting witch spped to display. Calculated speed from erpm and wheel diameter or gps speed.

Im tring to use this ap for my efoil so calculated speed will not be usefull to me.

Good to know it works with other controllers running vesc! Good point about GPS speed, I'll look into that. It can be done for sure, although GPS speed tends to be laggy but it makes sense for a vessel.

Shame in what way? It is used to integrate with the cloud and provide additional functionality like online logging. You are not ashamed to log in to your email or even this website, are you?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask how it is with connecting the application to the controller via bluetooth? I have all permissions on my mobile etc... but it won't find my VESC bluetooth. My controller is not official hardware, but it works normally with all tool mobile applications, but bluetooth cannot be found on your application. Controller: MKS esc 75100
