Hi everyone,
do you know if the aluminum housing of a VESC-100/250 is connected to ground? I'm trying to put a PPM signal galvanically isolated on the VESC and still need a reference potential for it, to not build ground loops.
Best regards
Tim

It's not. Easy to double check with a multimeter.
NextGen FOC High voltage 144v/34s, 30kw (https://vesc-project.com/node/1477)
Thank you. I also found another solution for my problem without the need of the case grounding.
