i don't use regen
Most likely your high battery voltage kills mosfets. 100v is too much for 99% of vesc running hardware available on the market.

I can work continuously at 300A!
But I feel inefficient! Motor Kv value: 75
At 200A current. Erpm is only 57000
My BLDC test has never been successful.
