order from Trampa boards

i have problem with my order 

I paid for the order 5/27/2019 WWW.TRAMPABOARDS.COM WWW -$49.22  my order #15851

I understand that the order goes to USA  and it takes 1-2 weeks 

I wrote (Contact Trampa Boards ) twice but never received an answer 

someone had this situation ??? What should I do ??? I do not want to contact my bank !!!
