I am using vesc with firmware 3.56. Vesc tool says that the supported firmware is 3.57. I can't find anywhere that firmware to download. Help? Where can I find it?
The "warning" you get when you connect says how to update it.
Anyway, it's in the "Firmware" section of vesc tool. Your vesc should be listed there when connected and "VESC_default" would be the preferred fw version
Every time i connect my VESC via USB to the VESC-tool it says i have to update the firmware first, and i i keep doing it (like multiple times in a day) why is it not storing the firmware after iupdate it?? I go throught the process then run run through the setup wizards and upload the changes to my VESC, then when i plug it back in later to make some additional changes it says it again that the FW is out of date, but it shows in the FW section that the one it wants to update to is the one i already have installed, i dont understand why this is happening, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
