Good afternoon, I have made enquiry through the website but have not received a confirmation email. I am unable to proceed with purchase through the website as I get an error "
ERROR GETTING RATES FROM UPS: FAILURE 111557 HARD UNABLE TO DETERMINE DESTINATION FOR TIME IN TRANSIT INFORMATION." on the website and cannot proceed to payment screen. Could someone please advise me on how to proceed as I am keen to get my order underway as soon as possible.
