I use the VESC4 board, but when I connect the board and the computer by using mini USB, my computer can not recognize the USB. Could you please tell me how to solve it?
you need to install (under windows) the according (WinXP-Win7 or Win8-10 and x86 or AMD64) drivers for the USB-2-COM Port emulator provided by SGS-Thomson. Linux came with an generic driver, so no need to install anything, but the Win plattform needs some OEM help. The current Win7 x86 driver is called "VCP_V1.5.0_Setup_W7_x86_32bits.exe" for example. VCP stands for Virtual COM Port
