Disable bluetooth.

Hi, 

I again have 60 seconds on my hand to write a quick post. Please provide an option to disable bluetooth to circumvent the 60 second useless wait at startup of vesc_tool.

If you build your VESC Tool yourself you can comment out the HAS_BLUETOOTH define in vesc_tool.pro:

# Bluetooth available
#DEFINES += HAS_BLUETOOTH
