Motor not spinning

Hi there,

We have multiple VESC motor controllers and motor sets, HW: 60_MK6 and FW:6.05. We usually use ROS2 to control the motors and they were working fine. Recently, I see one of the robot's motor is not spinning forward or reverse, only steering is working. Then I connected the controller to the VESC Tool and tried to input a 5000rpm speed signal. I can hear a little noise but no movement. The current varies between around 0A to 0.3A and duty cycle varies between around 0 to 0.4%.
