Good morning :)
Me and my fellow classmate are trying to develop a KERS that should be able to charge and discharge a super capacitor. The challenge stands in using a supercapacitor that start for a 0 voltage condition, which require us to use an external battery to power the logic of our controller. This second battery can't be used to power our motor during the acceleration phase, as well as it shouldn't drawn in any power during the braking.
Do anyone have a suggestion on how to power our VESC 100/250 MKIII from tampaboards externally? Or if there is any other commercial VESC solution that would be more suited for our problem?
Thank you in advance :)
Simo
