Hi, I've got a Trampa mountain board with 136kv motors, vesc6's and 12s zippy batteries which I've just set up. Due to lack of a CAN cable I'm just setting up the 1 vesc for now. After much confusion I've got the motor and controller configured (sort of) but when I accelerate the motor is just running in reverse. I've tried inverting the motor direction in the app but this has no effect... can anyone help?

Flip two of the motor wires.
Hi Mike, when inverting motor direction, did you read the setting fist, change values and then write the settings back to the VESC?
