Flipsky 75100 not running after firmware update

I have installed a Flipsky 75100 in my golf cart with a Motenergy ME1305 PMAC motor, it was running last night except there was no option for current on ADC1, brake on ADC2, and push button reverse. After looking at the forum posts I saw that some others had solved this problem with a firmware update so I updated to 6.00. Now when I run the motor setup wizard the motor cogs and makes noise but does not turn. also doesn't run when checking direction. Nothing else has changed, I noticed it had the motor at 14 poles but warned not to change it. I believe the ME1305 is 8 poles. What happened?
