If I wanted variable regen with an ADC input, is there a seperate throttle curve for the braking portion, or would iit default to linear?
If linear, would the amps into the battery double from 50% braking to 100%, or is the amperage some other function of brake input?
This is for a generator application where I would start an engine with an amp input into the VESC, then turn this amperage off, then turn the brake on. I am wondering if by varying the braking signal voltage with an arduino monitoring output voltage, I could keep the voltage output from the generator constant regardless of load.
