VESC cutout using smart reverse

Hi, I've posted about this in the esk8 forums but I thought this would be the better place. I've built up an electric skateboard using a MakerX DV6s dual vesc6 and using 2x Radium 6455 175kv motors. They work pretty well, but I've had a problem with the vesc cutting out when using smart reverse. If I set my brakes to full brake, then it would slow me down and give me brakes, until a few seconds later it would cut out. The first time it happened it sent me flying, so I started doing tests while sitting down. I have managed to recreate this issue several times, with the latest test giving me +75A instead of the -120a it should be giving. This is the data from the vesc log . I am giving full brakes and for some reason it decides to give ~50% acceleration. image (2).png

I'm running fw 5.03 and I can send over my entire vesc config file if needed. I'm currently trying to figure out if it's a setting I have set incorrectly, bad hardware, or a bug in the firmware. I do not know of anyone else that this happens to, so I'm at a loss. The strange thing is I wasn't able to recreate the same issue when I turned smart reverse off. I'll continue to do some more testing. I'm happy to provide any information needed related to this, and I appreciate any ideas or thoughts on how to fix this or what could be causing it!
