VESC HD60 schematic

Hello, 

I was looking for a VESC hardware which uses DRV8323 for space saving, and I found out that VESC HD60 uses it. 

And I was looking for the schematic of it, but couldn't find it online. 

Is HD60 not open-source hardware?
