Vesc Tools for diveX BlackTip Underwater Scooter

Good morning. I used the bluetooth version to try and adjust the 8 speeds of the blacktip divex scooter.  now it just stutters.  any idea what i can do to get it back and or rewrite a working f/w?  any help would be greatful.
