I've got a 3shul cl350 v3. Connecting it to my computer it says the usb is faulty. I don't know how to figure specifically what's wrong or even see if the pins are making contact with the usb wires. Is there another way to run a motor test or could I find the motor settings from another of the same motor and enter them through Bluetooth or some other way to get this qs138 v3 motor and throttle going?
Did you turn on the controller by putting Battery positive to PIN 22 or 24 (Vin = Voltage in) of connector 2? You should also see some LED's lighting up.

figured it thanks. it lights up. i had the usb wires backwards and 3shul support helped..
speaking of that battery wire that connects to pin 24, any reason not to have it connect and disconnect at the same time as the main battery wires?
