"Allow Breaking" set to "TRUE" when "Backup COnfigurations (Including CAN)

Using VÉSC 6.02 w/ FW 6.02.  Strange bug but whenever ConfBackup is performed with "Backup Configuration (Including CAN)" menu, the "Allow Breaking" umder PID Controllers is switched from "FALSE" to "TRUE"
