How to log events on a non bluetooth onewheel setup

Hi, so I had alot of work to do and decided to build an onewheel from "scratch" instead, got a motor from a citycoco scooter, some aluminum, a flipsky Mini FSESC4.20, a car seat sensor, built a 13s3 pack and started to fall. And I fell about 5 times, not at speed, but I'm a 0.15 ton guy, and falling aint easy ;)

And I don't know why. Since I cheaped out and got a esc with no internal IMU, I don't have Bluetooth.. There doesn't seem to be internal logging. I can't carry my laptop with me, especially since I;m trying to find out why I fall.. It could be that I'm too fat, that the motor or battery or esc is underpowered, or the footpad or some settings are at fault, I'd rather not sink any more money in it :)

How would you guys do it? Also, I'm in Romania and getting exotic parts is a pain.

Thank you,

Dan
