combination current control and PID

Hello,

we only want to use one throttle grip on ADC1 and accelerate and brake via it.

We have 2 1600W motors on the vehicle and have set the maximum motor current to 80A.  The maximum reverse current has been set to 50A. The values have to be so high because we have a lot of hills here and otherwise the vehicle stops going uphill or does not brake enough going downhill.
Unfortunately, the vehicle with PID control now becomes very jumpy. However, current control cannot brake via one throttle grip. Is it possible to adapt the firmware so that the PID control acts on the current controller? This would give you the behaviour of a fuel-powered vehicle when accelerating. Do you see a possibility to implement this?

Best regards, Juergen
