My Golden motor 108 works great in FOC mode, but stutters badly in BLDC mode.
Would like to use sensors Hybrid mode. Is this mode available in FOC mode?
Sure, just use FOC and forget about BLDC.
What is the recommended minimum sensorless eRPM I should define?
Depends a bit on the motor and the sensor you use. I would keep it at the standard level first and then you can play abit with going up and down.
In general it is not good to run the sensors longer than needed, but long enough to allow good BEMF tracking of the rotor.
